GREEN | ON TRAMP- 2 skills in a row w/o an extra bounce | Balance on floor bar for 10 seconds in squat | Cross Straddle hold for 5 seconds | handstand hold against wall for 5 seconds w/o falling down |
BLUE | ON TRAMP- 3 skills in a row w/ no extra bounces in between skills | W/ long floor bar across tumble trak- bounce to squat on Jump forward | Cross Straddle hold for 10 seconds | handstand hold against wall for 10 seconds w/o falling down |
PURPLE | ON TRAMP- 4 skills in a row w/ no extra bounces in between skills | From blue block-jump to squat on, on the bar, jump forward | Cross straddle hold for 10 seconds w/ legs above beam the whole time | walk on hands for 3 seconds |
RED | ON TRAMP- 5 skills in a row w/ no extra bounces in between skills | From blue block- jump into squat on, on the bar, sole circle dismount | sit in tuck, then pike then do Straddle swings w/ straight legs | walk on hands for 5 seconds |
ORANGE | ON TRAMP- 6 or more skills in a row w/ no extra bounces in between skills | Cast squat on, sole circle dismount | sit in tuck, then pike then do Straddle swings getting legs above the beam | walk on hands half way down the floor |
YELLOW | ON TRAMP- 5 or more DIFFERENT skills in a row w/ no extra bounces in between skills-gymnast cannot repeat any skills | cast squat on, jump forward to stick | Tuck-pike straddle, mount to push up position w/o bending legs | walk on hands all the way down the floor |
