Important All Team Parent Meeting for the Snowflake Invitational:
Friday, November 8th at Emeth at 8:40 – 9:15 pm
Dear Girls and Boys Team Parents,
Friday, November 8th, from 8:40-9:15 pm is an all-team parent meeting to get everyone signed up for committees for the girls Snowflake Invitational meet that we are hosting December 14th & 15th. At the meeting, committee heads will be introduced, the meet schedule will be given out, and sign-ups will be needed from all families to fill spots on all our committees. There will be specifics as far as how many people we need for each committee. I urge all team families to be involved – there are tasks that need to be completed both before the event as well as during the event, and these meets are very significant fundraisers that directly help your personal booster club account if you choose to be involved!
No one is permitted to sign up for any committee until this meeting. If for some reason you cannot make the meeting, you must wait until after the meeting to request being on a certain committee, as we give priority to everyone who comes to the meeting.
