Please come ready to train hard and focus!
Line up at the beginning of the rotation in order and listen to coaches attentively.
When a coach gives you corrections, look them in the eye and nod your head.
Work hard and have the best form you can!
Please bring healthy Lunches & Snacks, and plenty to drink.
Bring an extra leotard in just in case you get sweaty and want to change at lunch!
Get a good night’s sleep during the week leading up to camp as well as during camp.
