Olympic Ambition. Team Camp at Emeth this summer. Come be inspired by olympic athletes this summer! Competitive athletes will train closely with Emeth Team coaches in groups of similar skill level, with a high level of focus on learning and improving skills needed for the next level. Goals for the upcoming season will be defined and pursued.
July 30-August 3rd, 9am – 3pm:

Endurance
The quality that we will focus on with our competitive athletes throughout this week is ENDURANCE. Physical, mental, and emotional endurance are qualities that a high level athlete must master and constantly work on to excel in this sport! There will be mental exercises, drills, motivational speaking, and skits to illustrate and teach this quality and to help each athlete gain a greater understanding and mastery of their own endurance.
This will be a very focused camp, emphasizing strong technique and disciplined training throughout each day. It will be important for campers to be well rested prior to camp and have good sleep and a healthy diet throughout the week!
Emeth members who refer a friend NOT from Emeth to team camp receive an additional $25 discount on camp tuition! (Your friend must be at a competitive level that is appropriate for the camp, as noted above)

- *Current Emeth Team Members receive a $50 discount on tuition. This is because these campers are not expected to attend their evening team practices during the week of camp.
