Beginner boys gymnastics classes start at age 3.

Beginner Boys Levels

Dynamites - Beginners Ages 3-4

  • 55 minute class
  • Weekly Character training
  • Floors, bars, rings & beam rotations
  • Learn how to line up, listen to instruction & focus
  • Learn how to excel in a group environment
  • Gain strength, balance & confidence while having tons of fun!

Exploders - Beginners Ages 5-6

  • 75 minute class
  • Weekly Character training
  • Floor, bars, vault, rings & pommel
  • Learn focus, patience, obedience and growing confidence
  • Grow in strength, coordination & balance
  • Boys learn basic gymnastics skills in a structured, positive setting

Rockets - Beginners Ages 7+

  • 95 minute class
  • Weekly Character training
  • Floor, high & parallel bars, rings & pommel
  • Positive teaching of character and confidence
  • Challenge for your boy at the level he needs it
  • Strength & coordination training to prepare for success in other sports

JOINING IS EASY

1. Pick a Class

With classes for everyone from 18 months to 18 years, we’ll help you find the class that’s just right for your child.

2. Pick a Time

Classes are offered nearly every day of the week. We have something to fit even the busiest schedules.

3. Build Confidence

Emeth coaches work with you on a personalized plan to build and encourage confidence and TRUE character in your child as they learn the sport of gymnastics.

We also offer tumbling classes.
